Can I cancel my trek after booking?

If you have to cancel a trek due to certain circumstances there is no bigger disappointment than that. We understand that sometimes plans change or emergencies occur. So we have tried to make the process as easy as possible.
Our simple terms of cancellation policy are:

1. Cancellation Request: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our email contact@thelogoutkashmir.com.
2. Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees will be applied based on the time of cancellation and the type of adventure.
3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 3 days after receiving the cancellation request.Cancellation Fee Schedule
   1. More than 30 days prior to date of trek: 15% of the total tour cost
   2. 15-30 days prior to date of trek: 50% of the total tour cost
   3. Less than 15 days prior to date of trek: 90% of the total tour cost (may be up to 100%)
   4. No-show: 100% of the total tour cost.

   Note: Kashmir is a sensitive yet popular area & due to limited availability of slots, the trek permits, taxes &  most of the trek expenses are incurred well in advance. Still we try our best to minimize the cancellation cost for you.
